THE BRIEF

Software Agnostic & BYOM A leading design firm needed a suite of meeting spaces with native Microsoft Teams functionality and the flexibility to run Zoom from their own device (bring-your-own-meeting).

Seamless Operation – Usage scenarios range from general internal and client meetings, detailed design reviews and animated 3D “fly-through” presentations. User experience had to be intuitive while maintaining complex functionality.

Aesthetic Minimalism – The workspace would showcase the firm’s architectural design capabilities. Meeting technology needed to provide seamless operation without detracting from the highly detailed interior fit-out.

OUR SERVICES

Hart Automation provided technology consultation and design services over approximately 10 months as the customer refined the architectural design of their workspace.

Crestron control solutions provided reliable user interfaces and automated control of all meeting spaces.

Wireless presentation was provided using the AirMedia and Miracast platforms.

Cutting-edge USB 3.0 switching enabled bring-your-own meeting (BYOM) functionality, allowing users to connect their laptops with the premium in-room conferencing equipment.

Rechargeable, wireless table microphones delivered premium conferencing audio while keeping tables clear for reviewing and inspecting construction plans and drawings.

A range of user interfaces were employed to suit each system type, including a custom graphical user interface (GUI) which provided seamless system operation with a focus on intuitive, trouble-free operation.

Hart’s design and installation teams worked closely with the customer’s design and construction teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a detailed finish was provided for all systems.
