Video Conferencing – A world-renowned finance and accounting firm required a suite of flexible meeting spaces across a newly refurbished floor of their Brisbane CBD office.
Multipurpose – Three of the meeting spaces were separated by operable walls, which when opened would operate as a large, multipurpose training and function room.
Cost-Effective – The office building included a pre-existing floor dedicated to external client meetings and presentations. This solution would serve internal staff only, prioritising functional requirements and cost saving.
Hart Automation provided complimentary technology consultation to define a solution which met the brief and the budget.
Crestron control systems provided consistent user interfaces and automated control of all meeting spaces. A central control system overrides individual user interfaces when the multipurpose space is running in conjoined mode.
Wireless presentation was provided using the Crestron AirMedia platform, with every space also offering a discrete wired input compatible with personal laptops and smartphones.
The client’s conferencing platform is hosted on small form factor PC’s in each room, providing a fully software agnostic conferencing solution.
The solution integrates with the client’s C-BUS lighting system, providing automated lighting scenes dependent on the mode and state of the audio-visual systems.
Hart Automation worked directly with the construction team during the fit-out to ensure all services, structures and finishes were in place and suitable for the safe and timely completion of the project.
