Hart Automation was engaged by BDO to upgrade and service their constantly evolving suite of AV technology systems across Queensland.
The Hamilton Room is a flexible videoconferencing, meeting and training space designed specifically to accommodate a wide range of customer requirements. Utilising a dedicated Skype-for-business interface, the room functions as a standard videoconferencing and meeting space integrating seamlessly with BDOs existing meeting and calendar platforms. Utilising operable sliding walls and an intelligent control system; the room opens up across three adjacent spaces, transforming into a large multi-purpose training, presentation and function space. Audio can be distributed further into the adjacent foyer, creating an open function space that covers over one quarter of the entire floor.
This upgrade project utilised several existing devices within the space, the new system was designed to integrate new and old equipment to provide a modern, seamless user experience. A customer-driven approach was crucial to the implementation of this space, with multiple spaces across multiple floors, consistency and scalability were paramount to successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
