BDO (Binder Dijker Otte) is an international accounting firm headquartered in Zaventem, Belgium, boasting a workforce of over 80 000 employees world-wide. Their Brisbane office, located in the CBD, hosts a multitude of small to large meeting, training and presentation spaces. Hart Automation was engaged by BDO to upgrade and service their constantly evolving suite of AV technology systems across Queensland.
The Gardens Room is a truly flexible multi-purpose space with room-combine functionality. Designed to accommodate large presentations and training sessions, the system is equipped with multiple cameras and microphones, facilitating remote participation via Skype for Business. The presenter and audience can be seen and heard remotely, enabling group training and collaboration sessions with peers from across the globe.
Increasing productivity and workflow through intuitive control solutions and simplifying collaboration with peers are fundamental components of Hart Automation’s mission statement and the Gardens room is a perfect example of this. A valuable challenge in design and implementation, this project provided Hart Automation a key opportunity to develop and maintain another positive relationship with a highly valued customer.
